Out of scope, low quality image with no real educational value. Grandmaster Huon (talk) 21:58, 11 February 2024 (UTC)

Delete. I don't see how this has any educational value. @Tuvalkin: can you expand upon why you think it should be kept? IronGargoyle (talk) 21:03, 23 February 2024 (UTC)
- Not identifed doesn’t mean unidentifiable. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 02:47, 9 March 2024 (UTC)
- True, but I think the very odd, visually noisy, black-and-white character of the photo makes it less likely to be identified. It also makes it less likely to be a useful image if someone identified it. IronGargoyle (talk) 07:54, 9 March 2024 (UTC)
- I think the visually noisy, black-and-white character of the image is the whole point of it. There could however be a similar image with that aesthetic, expression and style with another motif as well as possibly more intentional – see the problematic file title for example (on the other hand, I don't know of any such). - Exactly my thoughts. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 14:39, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
- I think not. This is a very distinctive location with tiered terraces (there’s not many places in Portugal that look like this), and the photo technique used doesn’t obscure that. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 14:39, 10 March 2024 (UTC)

Kept: per discussion. Has educational use as an example of an aesthetic in photography. --Abzeronow (talk) 19:35, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
